Safeguard your business's IT, Protect your business
If your business has been affected by the floods we are offering a rescue package of 40% off IntraPower’s Desktop On-Demand solution for the first year of services contracted before the 30th of April 2011.
The Desktop On-Demand service includes the full Microsoft Office Suite, is able to be accessed from anywhere and can be up and running within hours. Infrastructure On-Demand can also be used to commission virtual servers that will get your required business applications back up and running.
With IntraPower’s Cloud Services there is no need to buy additional or replacement server hardware! Everything is delivered from the IntraPower Trusted Cloud – all you need is a simple PC, laptop or Thin Client (or iPad or Smartphone) to access your full Virtual Desktop.
How can we help you?
1. I don’t have access to my email
IntraPower can set up free email facilities for your business, accessible to employees via the Internet. The email domains(s) commonly use will be simply redirected to our Cloud Services meaning your Customers and Suppliers will continue to contact as normal providing a seamless interface to your stakeholders.
2. I need access to Microsoft Office to create business critical documentation using Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
IntraPower can set up its Virtual Desktop (Desktop On-Demand) for your business, accessible to employees via the Internet from any standard web browser. The Microsoft Office Standard Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) is delivered as part of the Virtual Desktop and enables your office staff to continue to operate and collaborate from any location with access to secure personal and shared file locations dedicated to your company.
3. My IT infrastructure is damaged and I can no longer access my business critical applications (such as MYOB, Quicken etc.) to run my business
IntraPower can set up Virtual Servers (Infrastructure On-Demand) to host and run your business critical applications. These Virtual Servers can then be integrated with the Virtual Desktop environment to provide access to all the services you require to run your business with the ability to be accessed all via a simple Internet connection.
An example of a business which was able to trade through the crisis with no disruption was Conveyancing Works, Queensland’s largest conveyancing law firm with its head office at 215 Adelaide Street in Brisbane and nine offices spread across the state.
“We have been cut off from our Brisbane CBD offices since Tuesday, 11. January and do not expect to regain access before Monday next week.
Once the disaster struck we simply sent our staff home or to other offices and continued working virtually using the IntraPower Trusted Cloud solution – our service provision was uninterrupted for our clients. With this system we aim to be paperless and have access anytime from anywhere to our business critical systems. We have been able to continue servicing our customers and meeting our deadlines and mission critical commitments.
Our IT systems have allowed us to focus our attention to working with our clients and ensuring our staff are able to access their files and systems, as well as support their family and friends who have been effected by the floods.” Lee Bailie, CEO of Conveyancing Works Solicitors
