Office Telephony
Business Grade, Affordable IP Telephony Solutions
Being able to communicate with your customers and staff is a crucial factor in your businesses success. Often the solutions available today are provided in a piecemeal fashion, usually focused solely on equipment being provided rather than your business requirements. Our voice solutions are driven towards providing cost efficiencies; the phone features you need; great call rates; and all are designed to fit within the existing equipment you may or may not have.
What is Hosted Voice?
For businesses that don’t have a PABX
Our Hosted Voice service provides businesses that have no existing PABX or telephony equipment with a centralised managed PABX service. This allows your business to lower costs while gaining access to enhanced features and capabilities found on enterprise class voice systems.
The service is centrally hosted within our Managed Voice Platform where your business is configured with its own virtual PABX instance and associated services. Telephone access is provided to each user via standard IP based telephone handsets. Hosted Voice is multi-site capable, allowing multiple physical sites to co-exist within one service with the ability to dial inter-site by extension number and transfer calls between sites just as if the remote user was at the same location.

This totally eliminates the need to install, maintain and configure a traditional PABX locally at each site.
What are the Benefits of Hosted Voice?
The following benefits are delivered as part of the hosted voice solution:
- Next generation Managed Voice Platform with enterprise class features
- No need to purchase expensive PABX equipment for each site
- Web based controls
- Single bill for all sites / extensions
- The ability to have no up-front implementation costs
- Ability to provide localised PABX call features across all your sites
- Competitive call rates
What is SIP Connect?
For businesses that have a relatively new digital IP PABX
For those businesses that may have recently purchased an IP based or IP capable PABX system, our SIP Connect VoIP (Voice over Internet Protocol) service enables businesses to make and receive voice calls over the Internet leveraging their existing IP based or IP capable PABX system. SIP Connect eliminates the complexity of installing, configuring and managing a local ISDN service. In addition, voice traffic can be conveyed across the same private network connections that are used for your data with guaranteed Quality of Service (QoS), allowing you to converge your network and the costs associated with it.
By leveraging our SIP Connect VoIP service, your business also gains access to all the competitive call rates that our solutions provide.

What is Voice ISDN?
For businesses that have an old analogue PABX
For those businesses with an older PABX system, our Voice ISDN service provides a direct connection from your old PABX to our Managed Voice Platform. Businesses avoid the costly and complex process of upgrading old PABX equipment and enjoy many of the benefits provided with the Hosted Voice and SIP Connect service. As with the SIP Connect service, there is no need to install, configure or maintain a local ISDN service for your voice calls as they are now provided by our Managed Voice Platform.

“Internally, we’re now confident that our data is secure, and we have a comprehensive risk management system in place. But, I think the most dramatic change has been the fact that I no longer have to manage our IT&T. I wasted so much time on something that was not my core business, and now I am completely free to focus solely on growing my business. That change has been really powerful.” Read More
